Our Story!

Tanner and Callie met back in 2020 when they were neighbors at the University of Iowa. This was peak pandemic time, so his house of guys who were all Seniors or 5th years had nothing better to do than to hangout with their new girl-Sophomore neighbors, eager to make new friends. Once their two groups of friends met, they spent a plethora of time all together and all grew quite close. While the groups blended, Tanner & Callie hit it off. While neither of them were expecting anything to come of their friendship, they found themselves falling for the other more each day.

Tanner, with graduation approaching, accepted a role to work with the Miami Dolphins down in Florida in their Sales department. Callie, having already been looking to transfer schools, applied and was accepted into the University of Miami to continue her education. So, in 2021, they both made the trek down to Miami and started their new lives together.

The two lived in Miami for nearly two years, where they shared loads of new experiences and chapters in life. During their time there, Tanner received two promotions with the Miami Dolphins while Callie continued working towards her degree. Although they moved thousands of miles from their families and friends, they made it a priority to visit and still make time for those who mattered to them.

In 2023, Tanner & Callie went to Mexico with the Natzke's for a weeklong vacation. To Callie's surprise, Tanner took this trip to ask Callie to marry him.

Upon their return from vacation, life went about as normal until Tanner accepted a new role working in Premium Sales & Service for the Phoenix Suns and Callie accepted a position with CCT Research working in Clinical Research focusing primarily on Neurological Studies.

They feel blessed to be living in Arizona and are ecstatic to reconnect with everyone during their wedding weekend to celebrate not just their relationship but the role you've played in their lives.
