Meghan: Tanner and I met on June 4th, 2022, I was photographing a sunrise wedding for a sweet couple. Tanner was a good friend and guest at the wedding I was photographing. At the spot where the ceremony was held, Tanner, with no contacts or glasses spots me and says to his buddy, wow, the photographer is pretty cute.

With a few sweet conversations that day about our connections of friend groups, GCU (the univeristy we attended) & church, Tanner came up to me before I left and asked me on a date. Our first date was filled with conversation about theology and all the places in the world we would love to travel to one day. I left the date that night giddy to continue getting to know Tanner.

About 6 months into our relationship, I knew Tanner was the one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. I love Tanner deeply and he has truly become my best friend. I truly believe God's timing is always perfect and indeed His timing has been so perfect as He has orcastrated every part of our beautiful grace-filled relationship.

I'm so thankful for Tanner's constant grace and pursuit of me over the past year and 7 months. I can truly atest that we made it here by the Lord's hand and with Jesus as our foundation. I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with Tanner filled with love, adventure, grace, pursing Jesus, & sweet moments! I'm beyond blessed to have Tanner by my side & so honored to become his wife!

I heard she was pretty cool. I took her on a date, & she tried to hold my hand while we were dancing. I barely found a place to eat because she is gluten and dairy free. I climbed a mountain and she climbed it too & I asked her to marry me!

I wanted to keep this short and to the point because my friends know I’m not very good at that. All in all, there’s no one else I’d rather spend the rest of my life with and I’m lucky to have her by my side through our wedding and beyond! I have never met someone as loyal and generous to love me as she does.
