Lake Chelan State Park has a long, sandy beach, shaded picnic tables and a calm lagoon. The 50.5-mile lake, with a depth of 1,486 feet, draws boaters, sailors, anglers, water skiers, windsurfers and seasonal residents. The area features some of the finest hiking trails in Washington, and adventurous hikers make the park their base from which to explore the North Cascades. For visitors hoping to chill out in their camp chairs, float the lagoon in a raft and soak up the homey atmosphere with family and friends, this place cannot be beat.

Chelan Riverwalk Park is located adjacent to downtown Chelan. The one-mile loop consists of a paved path and a boardwalk. You’ll walk over two bridges as you complete the loop around the river. It’s a beautiful place to stroll at sunset!

With 2,000 feet of waterfront Don Morse Park is 40 acres of fun! This area is wonderful for swimming, boating or just relaxing in the sun.

Slidewaters is a beautiful waterpark with views of the lake below. It’s exceptionally clean and there are plenty of attractions. There are lots of waterslides, a lazy river, the world’s largest stationary wave, and much more! It’s a true oasis during the summer.

Visitors to this stunning oasis are first greeted by natural beauty. Besides breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains, the impeccably landscaped grounds offer a tapestry of rockeries and gardens connected by natural stone bridges, slate terrazzo, and walks highlighted by Tuscan stone columns, a grape arbor, and a 35-foot bell tower. There are photo opportunities at every turn. But as pleasing as this destination is to the eyes, even greater pleasures await the palate.

This is another gorgeous winery painted in a deep yellow with plenty of stonework. Their arbor overlooking the lake is the perfect spot for photos.

They offer multiple wine tastings, one of which is a complimentary tasting of four wines! The winery also has a BBQ in the Vineyard on select days, and they are also the makers of Lake Chelan Cheese. Wine and cheese sure do make a great pairing!

The views of the lake are beautiful, and this winery is pet-friendly. In addition to the tasting room, they serve pizza from brick oven.

The stone patio is gorgeous and so is the view! You’ll see the lake in the background and the vineyard in the foreground, which makes for beautiful photos! They also frequently host concerts.
