As history reflects, this campaign starts off with two Millennials, during a global pandemic, in the age of dating apps. One spending nearly all of their free time cycling. The other working long hours to keep college athletes going and mastering the swabbing of noses.

A hinge is a joint, that in essence joins two objects. Our objects, Tara and Ben, so happened to find themselves on the dating app Hinge in the Winter of 2021. Both originally not being from the South East Michigan area, they braved the storms on their couches trying to find their perfect match.

Then there was the night, a match. It's not known who liked who first, but a comment was definitely made about the unique fact, that a bumblebees can fly to heights above Mount Everest, on the one's profile. These two hit it off, and planned their first meet up. Sadly, both of them fell ill due to their holiday travels; meaning they continued on with their first date in the 21st century fashion via a video call. He embarrassed himself, she was beautiful. There was enough of a spark there to usher on a 2nd date to the Detroit Zoo Lights.

During their second meeting they may have both nearly frozen to death, but the warmth of the lights and their interest in each other made the brisk walk possible. They did get to warm up at a tap house afterward, only a short distance away, with a few less shivers during their conversations. These types of adventures, even if including snakes, are the things that have made memories upon memories over this couple's last two years.

Then on December 16th 2023, Tara and Ben took a train, The North Pole Express, from the small town of Owosso MI to the Christmas village of Ashley MI. The railcars decorated for the holiday, cups of cocoa a plenty, ticket punching and even a hobo were part of the trip. At arrival, you could tell the entire town was filled with the Christmas spirit; from the ringing bells to the giant Santa. Nearing the end of their two hour stop at the village, Ben asked Tara if she'd like to check out the Christmas tree. It just so happens at that time it's announced that Santa is getting ready to hand out the 1st gift of Christmas. This announcement leads the majority of people to find their way to the street side opposite of the tree; leaving the couple in privacy. As they walked up to the tree, Ben pulled out two ornaments he had been carrying quietly, so that they could place them on the tree. An ornament was handed to Tara, and the two began their work at finding the perfect spot. The ornaments were placed, and then Ben took to his knee to ask Tara if she would marry him. Tara with a big smile, jovially says "Yes".

After the perfect picture with the tree, displaying their ornaments, the couple hopped on the train for the trip back as an engaged couple. With a bottle in champagne and glasses waiting in the car for their arrival to celebrate the night. This particular evening and the love of these two for each other has led this campaign to where we find ourselves today.
