Before meeting, Tara had heard about Philip due to his notorious party house, "The Cabin". It wasn't until Spring quarter Tara's freshman year, April 2012, that she finally attended one of these parties and met Philip. The two of them did not hit it off that first night due to both their strong will. Fast forward a couple weeks later and their paths crossed again. This time it was different. Tara and Philip realized how much they had in common in music taste bonding over their love of Nirvana and Young The Giant. 11 years later and it's time to get married! Tara and Philip have had a lot of awesome adventures from living in SLO for college, Europe trips, hiking Machu Picchu with Grandma Bard, living in LA for 6+ years, moving to San Francisco, and more. They look forward to years of adventures to come.
