As told by Johnny: We met during the fall of 2020 through mutual friends. We happened to be neighbors, and I fell in love quickly. Tara was moving to Raleigh, NC and I followed her there. We broke up for a year, but I never stopped loving her. I proposed on my birthday in 2023, and can't wait to spend the rest of my life with Tara!

As told by Tara: We met in Atlanta, fell in love, moved to Raleigh, split for a year to contemplate marriage and sort ourselves out, then got back together and engaged on April 15th, 2023. It's been a journey but I love Johnny for who he is and am excited to learn to love all the versions of him over the rest of our lives together.
