Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is Formal attire. This includes dressy cocktail, evening gowns, and suits. Although we love a good pair of jorts, please save them for the morning after.
Are kids welcome?
We love your little ones (chances are I've probably babysat for you). Which is why our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can enjoy the free alcohol, good music, and late night shenanigans. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kiddos at home to celebrate with us.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Expect sunshine and a slight breeze for our ceremony located outdoors in front of the Peconic Bay. For the party, we'll head indoors to enjoy dinner, drinks, and dancing. In the event of rain, all festivities will take place indoors (but don't jinx it!)
Is there a hotel block for guests?
Yes! We have hotel blocks available at two different hotels. The Home2 Suites in Yaphank is located 0.5 miles from the Dragunat condo. The Holiday Inn in Riverhead is the closest chain hotel to the North Fork. Shuttles will be provided to and from both hotels. Reservations are available now so mention the Caemmerer-Dragunat wedding when booking. Please reach out to us if there are any additional questions!
What if I want to stay on the North Fork?
We love staying on the North Fork too! Unfortunately, there are no hotels on the North Fork that offer hotel blocks. Therefore, if you'd like to stay on the North Fork, please inquire personally. The rooms for these hotels open a year ahead and go quickly so we recommend booking them ASAP!
What time should I arrive?
Guests are welcome to arrive between 5:30PM and 5:50PM. The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00PM.
What time are the shuttles leaving?
The Home 2 Suites in Yaphank shuttle will be departing by 4:15 PM. The Holiday Inn Riverhead shuttle will be departing by 4:45 PM. Following the reception, both shuttles will be departing from Peconic Bay Yacht Club to their respective hotels by 11:45 PM.
What time does the party (sadly) end?
The reception will end at 11:30PM. The hotel shuttles will leave shortly after the reception ends.
Is parking available?
Yes! Parking is available on site.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes! There is a ramp at the front entrance of the venue and an elevator inside the venue. If you have specific concerns please reach out!
I have dietary restrictions, who should I tell?
When providing your menu selection at the start of the reception, all guests will be asked about dietary restrictions and allergies. However, if you are vegan, please mention this specifically.
