Q + A

Do I Need To RSVP?

Yes! We kindly request that all invited guests RSVP online either yes or no by August 15, 2024. If there are any issues related to your attendance, please contact John or Tara as soon as you can.

What If I Miss The RSVP Deadline?

Any RSVP that has not received a response following our August 15th deadline will unfortunately not be accepted. Thank you in advance for RSVP'ing in a timely manner.

Are Hotel Blocks Available?

Our hotel blocks were released back to the public on September 1st, meaning the discounted rate we had provided is unfortunately no longer available to our guests. There are still plenty of great hotel options in the Chattanooga area, including AirBnb's, so feel free to stay wherever works best for you and your party.

What Is The Dress Code?

Semi-formal/cocktail. No jeans, please. And we ask that you also refrain from colors traditionally reserved for the bride (whites, creams, ivories, etc.)

Will The Ceremony & Reception Be Indoors or Outdoors?

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors while the reception will be indoors. If it does happen to rain, etc., then we do have a plan for an indoor ceremony.

Is There Parking Available Near The Venue?

Yes! There is a large parking lot in the front of the venue that will be able to accommodate all of our guests and their vehicles.

Am I Allowed To Bring A Plus-One?

We have a very strict capacity limit at our venue so we have addressed plus-ones accordingly. We ask that you please do not bring anyone who is not listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Am I Allowed To Bring My Children?

As with the plus-ones, we have addressed invitations according to our strict venue capacity limit. Unfortunately, that means invited children are mostly limited to immediate family and/or those in our wedding party. We ask that you please do not bring anyone who is not listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What Time Should I Arrive At Your Wedding Ceremony?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30p Eastern time. We recommend guests arrive between 4:00p-4:15p so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, you will need to wait until the ceremony is over before entering. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so just hang tight and come celebrate with us after we say "I Do". Thank you for understanding!

What Time Will Your Wedding Reception End?

We plan to wrap things up and send Tara and John off sometime between 9:00-9:30p.
