Before the Ceremony

When should I RSVP by?

Each guest should RSVP by 10/13/2024 to ensure there is plenty of food and fun for everyone. This can be done under the "RSVP" tab.

What is the dress code?

We would like our guests to show out in their best semi-formal dress, and please refrain from wearing all white. Note: The ceremony will be held outside (unless there is inclement weather) so please dress accordingly.

Are the ceremony and reception located in the same place?

Yes, the ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue - The Springs Tulsa. The address is 10367 Tall Chief Village Circle, Sperry, OK 74073.

What time should I arrive?

We ask that our guests arrive no later than 3:15 PM to experience the ceremony in its entirety.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is a large parking lot located just outside the venue - free of charge.

Am I allowed to bring a plus 1?

All plus 1's will be listed in the RSVP section of the website or will be discussed with the guest by the bride or groom.

Can I bring my children?

While we love children, we are limiting the kids to allow us to save space and invite more friends. Any children invited will be listed on the RSVP portion of the website.

Where is the wedding registry and where can I send my gift?

The wedding registry is located on this website under the tab labeled "Wedding registry". All gifts can be mailed to the Mason Residence at 12171 N. 168th E. Ave. Collinsville, OK 74021, or they can be brought to the wedding shower or the wedding itself.

Who can I contact if I have any additional questions regarding the wedding?

In the case that you have more questions, feel free to contact Christine Mason at (918)-260-5745 or Tara Mason at (918)-344-7848.

The Ceremony

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

We kindly and strongly request that no photos be taken during the Ceremony portion of the wedding. A highly skilled photographer is being paid to photograph every important moment. So, we ask that you do not interrupt them and allow them to do their job and take photos. After the ceremony, photos are encouraged, and we even recommend taking a photo or two with the bride and groom.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Both, the ceremony and reception can be held either inside or outside. The plan is to have the ceremony outside and have the reception inside. Please dress accordingly seeing as the ceremony is in November!

Will there be a gap in between the ceremony and reception?

There will be a small time gap between the ceremony and reception to allow the couple to take photos. During this time, food and drinks will be available.

The Reception

What cuisine are we eating?

We will be serving a Mexican buffet.

Is there a seating chart?

While we do not have a formal seating chart, we ask that people refrain from sitting at the tables marked reserved.

Will there be alcohol?

Unfortunately, no alcohol will be served at the wedding.

Can I post photos on the Internet?

We kindly ask that you refrain from posting any pictures of the bride and groom on social media until the bride or groom has had the opportunity to post themselves.

When will the reception end?

We are planning for the reception to end at 8:00 to ensure that the couple can safely travel back to Stillwater. We strongly encourage you to stay and enjoy the reception before the big send-off at the end of the night!
