We first met back in elementary school in 2005 only to then be separated for 15 years. Having reconnected in 2020 amidst the pandemic, we discovered that our paths were unknowingly intertwined. Despite being from rival high schools, attending the same football games, living 7-minutes apart, both studying at Carleton University and having our faculty's in the same building, we never managed to run into each other. We call this our invisible string - it tied us together even when we didn't realize, only to bring us back to one another when the time was right.

15 years was long enough apart, now we are looking at forever, together.
