WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?
Please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is October 1st, 2025.
WHAT IF I DIDN'T RSVP IN TIME?
If we did not receive your RSVP by October 1st, 2025, then you will be marked as a "no." We will miss you, but we must give our vendors a final guest count within the times they provided.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?
Please RSVP "no" as soon as possible. If you have already RSVP'd "yes," please text the bride or groom to let us know.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Only guests formally invited on the wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, it would appear when you RSVP.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?
Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to find parking and your seat!
ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION IN THE SAME PLACE?
Nope! The ceremony is at St. Peter Lutheran, and the reception is at Packard Proving Grounds. The ceremony should end at 4:45-ish, and cocktail hour begins at 5:00 at Packard Proving Grounds. We are not doing a first look, so we will need time to take pictures between the ceremony and reception, so feel free to enjoy the cocktail hour while you wait!
WHERE IS THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION LOCATED?
The ceremony is located at St. Peter Lutheran Church & School: 17051 24 Mile Road, Macomb, MI, 48042, United States. The reception is located at Packard Proving Grounds: 49965 Van Dyke Ave, Shelby Township, MI, 48317. Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.
WHERE SHOULD I SIT DURING THE CEREMONY?
The first two rows in the middle of the church will be reserved for immediate family and the bridal party. There will be reserved signs showing those rows. Otherwise, sit anywhere (but try to fill the church from the front first)!
WHAT ABOUT A DRESS CODE?
Semi-formal. For women, think cocktail dresses, maxi dresses, a pantsuit, etc. For men, think suit and tie, or dress shirt with or without a tie. Both the ceremony and reception are indoors, so you don't need to bundle up too much if it's a cold November day!
WHERE SHOULD I STAY IF I NEED A HOTEL?
We blocked rooms at the Hampton Inn and the Cambria Hotel in Shelby Township (both a ten-minute drive from both the ceremony and reception). Please see the travel tab for more information on the hotels! Please note, however, that the hotel rooms are on a first come first serve basis. If you know you will need a hotel, try to book as soon as possible. The hotels provided us with a group rate that will expire by October 9th. When calling to make your reservation, please mention the Delannoy wedding to receive the group rate!
WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?
We are not providing transportation to and from the hotels and the ceremony or the reception, or to the reception from the ceremony. There is plenty of parking available at both the church and Packard. If you do not wish to drive, we suggest taking an Uber or Lyft.
CAN I LEAVE MY CAR AT PACKARD AFTER THE RECEPTION OVER NIGHT?
Yes! Packard allows cars to stay overnight, but they need to be picked up before the afternoon on Sunday. We want everyone to celebrate safely!
WHAT'S FOR DINNER?
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet-style dinner. So, no need to make a meal choice when you RSVP!
MOST IMPORTANTLY: IS THERE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes! Hangover on you, though.
