FLIGHTS
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is less expensive to fly into. Its about a 40 minute drive to the The Oaks Wedding Center (in Ponchatoula), a 60 minute drive to the Baton Rouge Area (where we live), and about an 80 minute drive to the Quality Suites Hotel in Denham Springs.
Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR) is a little more expensive since its a small airport. It's about a 70 minute drive to The Oaks Wedding Center (in Ponchatoula), it is located in Baton Rouge (where we live), and its about a 30 minute drive to the Quality Suites Hotel in Denham Springs.
Transportation
We recommend having a car during your stay. A great website or app to rent cars for a reasonable price is Turo.
Another option is to phone a friend that lives in Louisiana or will be traveling to Louisiana that will have a vehicle and carpool. All events will be about a 30 minute to a 80 minute drive.

Quality Suites Baton Rouge East - Denham Springs
For a 4 night stay, it will be about $260.00 for a Queen or a King Bed. Out of town guests will need to call the hotel at the above phone number to setup your reserved room by telling them you are booking for "Mareno wedding" and then telling them the amount of beds you would like. However, come the 16th of January, any left over reserved rooms will be dropped, so please call in ASAP to take advantage of the rate.
Other Lodging options
If you choose not to stay at the Quality Suites, you can search for Hotels or Airbnbs in Baton Rouge South of I-12 and East of Lee Drive.
