Ceremony will take place in the Viewing Gallery. Intended start time is 2:00 PM, so please be seated by that time. No children, please.

Essie's Ballroom (Essie's). Entrance is located at the back of the hotel, and must be accessed from outside. The doors are located at the bottom of the loading bay from the back parking lot. From inside the hotel, you can walk through the atrium, over the bridge, and to the left there will be a door that leads outside (not the wooden one). Cocktail hour will begin at 5:00 PM. Reception programming and buffet dinner will begin at 6:00 PM with a dance to follow. No children, please.
