We met in May of 2020, during a time most people were not meeting anyone new and realized immediately we wanted to be in each other's COVID bubbles. After that, we were pretty inseparable. We'd spend half our time at Tasha's apartment with her two kitties in Kenosha and the other half at Alex's apartment with his one kitty in Riverwest Milwaukee.

In April of 2021, we bought a condo in Oak Creek to live together with three cats who do not get along ;) When travel started becoming safer again, we took trips around Minnesota, North Dakota, South Carolina, Arizona, Colorado, and Kentucky. International travel is on the docket for the near future.

On Tasha's birthday in 2023, Alex prepared a surprise day that concluded with a trip to the Enchanted Christmas maze. We sipped hot cocoa, did our best to ice skate around (so many) uncoordinated children, and explored an ice maze which included a lovely surprise engagement (in front of a giant engagement ring)!

We are excited to share this special day with our family and friends!
