Tas and I met at work. We have always had a working relationship built on mutual respect. After Tas moved into a position within another part of the company, he invited me to go to church with him. I enjoyed hearing him preach and our discussions about religion and God. The more time we spent together we found that we had other interest in common. We both enjoy traveling, boxing, action movies and new experiences. We began dating and found that we really enjoyed each other’s company. In the early stages of dating, I remember him saying “one day I’m going to marry you”! After dating for a while, Tas asked me to marry him. He planned for us to meet in one of the private dining rooms at a local restaurant. He surprised me with an engagement ring and asked me to marry him. We also learned that we like to be right, are opinionated and very stubborn. Just a few more things that we have in common, lol.
