The ceremony and reception will both be held at Sapphire Creek Winery. The ceremony will be outdoors, and in the event of rain, we have a pergola to keep guests dry. The cocktail hour and reception will give guests the opportunity to enjoy the indoor and outdoor amenities that the venue offers.

We are so happy you want to bring your children to celebrate with us on our special day. We are unable to accommodate small children including newborns, toddlers, and school-aged children at our wedding. Children ages 12 and up of immediate family are the only exception and have been notified in advance.

We have opted for a black-tie optional attire. We encourage the following: Men: Suit/Sport Coat & Tie or Black Tie/Bowtie. Women: Full-length Ball, Evening Dress, or Formal Cocktail.

Ohio is known for having unpredictable weather! Historically, daytime temperatures can reach the low 70s, with the evenings dropping into the low 50s.

We want our guests to celebrate and enjoy their evening with us. An open bar consisting of beer, wine and spirits will be available.

We are so excited that you want to capture our special moment with us. We will be participating in an unplugged wedding in which all guests will be asked to turn off or put away their phones during the ceremony. We encourage use of cell phones to take pictures during the reception to capture memories for us to remember forever.

As much as we would love for you to bring someone to celebrate our love, please be mindful that the guest count must remain accurate due to seating and plating arrangements made in advance. Unfortunately, any guests who do not abide by this requirement made by the venue will not be permitted into the ceremony or reception. Guests specifically given plus ones will be notified on their wedding invitation.
