Do I need to travel from the ceremony location to the reception location?
No, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all held at Saphire Estate. It's a very short walk between each of the event spaces.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The reception will be held indoors in the Saphire Estate ballroom. The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather and temperature permitting). The comfort of our guests is a top priority!
What should I wear?
The dress code is cocktail attire. We ask that men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and women wear a midi or knee-length dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates. Guests are welcome to dress more formally if they choose!
Am I allowed to bring my children?
While we love your children, this will be an adult-only event. We respectfully ask that only the guests whose names are on the invitation attend. We appreciate your understanding!
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
You may only bring a plus one if it is stated on your invitation.
Will you offer a hotel block or recommended hotels?
Yes, we offer both for our guests! Please visit the "Hotel Info" tab to view the details for our hotel room block and recommended hotels near our venue.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is plenty of parking on the side and in the back of Saphire Estate. Parking attendants will assist guests with parking upon arrival.
Are guests allowed to use their phones or cameras to take pictures during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you keep your phones and/or cameras packed away during the ceremony as this will be an unplugged ceremony. Our photographer will be taking pictures of the bride and groom as well as the guests during the ceremony. Photos of the entire day will be made available to the guests a few weeks after the wedding!
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour in the adjacent cocktail lounge area. Saphire Event Group staff will guide guests to the lounge while the bride and groom finish taking pictures. After the cocktail hour, the event staff will guide guests to the ballroom for the reception.
What type of food will be served? Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
We will be serving a variety of hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree: chicken, beef, or fish. There will be gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options available during the cocktail hour and dinner. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please provide this information when you RSVP.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! We will have an open bar for the cocktail hour and reception. In addition to the open bar, there will be tableside wine service during dinner. Please be sure to have your ID as all guests who look under 30 will be carded.
However, please drink responsibly! Safety is a top priority and the Saphire Event Group reserves the right to suspend alcohol service if any situation is deemed unsafe during the reception. Alcoholic beverages are also not allowed on the dance floor.
