How do I RSVP? When do I RSVP by?

We will be mailing out wedding invitations with a QR code to be able to officially RSVP. Once received please kindly RSVP by date on invitation( RSVP will be due early May) If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the earliest possible time. In fact, if you know ahead of time prior to receiving your invitation that you will be unable to attend please feel free to text us and let us know! Any one who does not RSVP by date on wedding invitation will be marked down as a "not attending". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in a timely manner.

Can I bring a plus one?

We have chosen those who mean the most to us to spend this special celebration with. The invitation will be addressed specifically for those invited to our celebration. For example, the invitation will be addressed to "Mr. & Mrs. Smith", "Your Name & Guest", or "The (your last name) Family". Unfortunately, due to the circumstances, only invitations address to "The (your last name) Family" will be able to bring kids. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Are kids welcome?

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids and teens. Please refer to 'RSVP' tab to see if we are able to accomodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope you see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Ceremony will be held outdoors and will last approximately 30-35 minutes. Cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors. The courtyard will be open throughout the evening for your enjoyment.

What do I do if i'm late for the ceremony?

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:30pm. We recommend guests arrive closer to 5pm so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, please watch from the glass window in the hallway to prevent interrupting the ceremony. If that happens, hang tight the cocktail hour will be held right where you're at! Thank you for understanding!

How does seating work?

The ceremony will be open seating. We are joining families as well as friends so no sides to choose! Please sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or with their partners/plus ones).

Is there a dress code?

Yes! The dress code is semi-formal attire. We recommend suit & tie, dress pants/button down top (tie optional), cocktail dresses. No jeans please!

Is there parking available?

Yes! The Emerald Event Center has complimentary guest parking with an overflow lot at the Cleveland Clinic next door. Guests are allowed to leave cars over night if needed. Those who chose to stay, please use the hotel room block. If you plan on going home, we recommend using a ride share app or have a designated driver.
