We are fortunate to have an international airport in town, look for Kalispell (FCA). Another option would be Missoula (MSO) which is 2 hours south or Spokane (GEG) about 4 hours west of us. All airports have rental cars available.

We would love to see your best semi formal attire! Like most of the year, Fall in Montana can be unpredictable. We strongly recommend you check the weather before packing but it is fair to say you can expect cool days and chilly evenings and maybe even some snow! Our venue is indoors and heated but we encourage you to consider layers for traveling to and from the event.

Our wedding is holding true to darker fall colors. Think dark reds, purples, greens, oranges with accents of black and gold.

We are requesting all rsvp’s be entered by October 1. If you respond after that date, we would still love to have you but please bring a lawn chair and a sandwich 🫠🙃

Our venue is located about 30 minutes out of town. We have made arrangements for a shuttle to transport guests from our preferred hotel, Homewood Suites by Hilton and Diamond B. We have reserved two 14 passenger vans so space is limited, seating will be on a first come, first served basis so rsvp early. Please see the transportation tab on our homepage for more information.

Yes! We want everyone to party responsibly so please either designate a driver or select the shuttle option in your RSVP.

Well, the special project is a bit of a secret 🤫 but we do need your best selfie or photograph of you and only you! Please send one for each person attending. If you don’t want to send one, we will scour your socials and choose the most embarrassing one we can find. 😉

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. We are having the bar open at 430 and the ceremony will start promptly at 5 so if you are driving yourself, arrive early to grab a drink and a seat.

There is plenty of free parking in the gravel lot for everyone at the venue.

We would love to see your faces not your devices. We kindly ask that you silence and put away all cell phones and cameras until after the ceremony and enjoy this moment with us. Our photographer is awesome and let’s be honest, his pictures will probably be better.
