We met at the middle school that we worked at together. I was a substitute teacher and Reyad was an assistant. Reyad had to take over the class because I was actually late to work ..He was SO annoyed..

Reyad continued to try and hangout with me and even though I was stubborn, he never gave up!! We didn't officially go on a date for about a year.. (he will never let that go..) But we finally became a pair in August 2017

We moved in together in 2019 and in 2020 survived the 24 /7 coexistence during the pandemic.. That awful year became the best year of our lives when Reyad got on his knee on October 17 on top of Mount Greylock in the Berkshires with my family. It was so beautiful especially because it completely a surprise!

Now we cannot wait for you to join us in the next best part of our journey as soon to be Mr. and Mrs. Shah :)
