The bridal party and family of the bride and groom will have their rehearsal dinner from 4 pm until 6/630 pm (ish). This is for bridal party and immediate family only Other guests who are at the resort, can join us after around 7 pm. We will meet back at the courtyard area which will have foods and drinks for purchase. There will be a little area that I have asked someone to reserve for us. We technically do not have the place to ourselves but we will make it work! There is a bar and food for purchase!

We are going to be in a grassy area for the ceremony so it is recommended to wear shoes that will be appropriate! The bridal party and families will already be at the venue getting ready and taking pictures. There will be transportation to take people from the campground to the ceremony. The transportation will get ther at 2. There are going to be 3 groups/ times that they will be driving so PLEASE do not miss these times Group 1: Be at lobby at 2- leaves at 2:15 Group 2: Be at lobby at 2:30- leaves at 2:45 Group 3: Be at lobby at 3- leaves at 3:15 3:15 is the LAST trip to the ceremony. The shuttle will stay at the Venue all night and will start back up at 7 to bring any guests home that want to depart before 10:30. Cocktail hour will happen after the ceremony for no longer than an hour and bride and groom will be there to mingle after having a moment to themselves At 10:30 pm the music has to be off and guests will get be directed to line up and get a sparkler for the bride and groom exit (after they have their last dance alone). Guests will then be taken back to the resort by shuttle. We will have late night snacks back there, where we can eat and socialize at the courtyard (if weather permits). The bar area closes at 11 but everyone can bring their own booze to the courtyard!! There will be a welcome program in your cottage with weekend itinerary & times :)
