Our Story
Tucker and Taylar first crossed paths in their senior year of high school, despite attending the same school for four years without ever meeting. It was a mutual friend’s birthday party that finally brought them together, and although it took some time, from that moment on, they became inseparable. They walked across the stage together at graduation, and now they’re ready to walk hand in hand through the journey of life. Their love story is the kind you usually only see in movies—a true testament to the magic of high school sweethearts. As they take their first step toward forever, they couldn’t be more thrilled to share this special moment with you!
FAQ
Is There a Dress Code?
Yes! There is no need to worry, just come in whatever is your “best dressed”. The dress code is formal attire, whether that is Western formal or just your Sunday best! We ask that you dress in a way that reflects how special this day is, and not to show up in just jeans and a t-shirt.
Can I Bring a Plus One?
No. Unless you reach out to us specifically with special circumstances or it was mentioned on your invitation we will not be having plus ones. We are sorry if this is an inconvenience but we are trying to have as many friends and family that we personally know attend before going over our budget!
Do I Have to Stay for The Whole Event?
No, however if you RSVP yes on your invitation we are expecting you to be present for the ceremony and reception dinner. We would like everyone to stay as long as they can! We encourage guests to stay until the end of the reception so that we can have everyone present for a sparkler send off!
What Time Should I Arrive?
Our ceremony starts at 5:00pm, we ask that all guests be there 30 minutes before in order to get settled and find a seat before the event starts!
Is There an Open Bar?
No, however we are having a Cash Bar that excepts both cash and cards. There will be complimentary beverages such as water and lemonade, but everything else such as beer, wine, and soda you will have to buy yourself!
Do I Have to Buy a Gift from The Registry?
No. If you are unable to get a gift we completely understand, the greatest gift is your presence! You can also bring gifts to the event where we will have a card box and gift table!
When Do I Have to RSVP?
We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible. There may be an option on your invitation to RSVP for multiple family members, so make sure you RSVP for all attending. Although, the deadline to RSVP is May 15th, after that you will be marked as unable to attend, so RSVP as quickly as you can!
Are Kids Invited?
Unfortunately kids under the age of 16 will not be able to attend this event. Unless it is specified on your invitation or we have reached out to your family personally. We are sorry if this makes it harder for you to attend, and we do not mean to offend anyone. We are trying to be as inclusive as we can while maintaining our budget!
