Where is the wedding?
The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors under the large oak tree at the Dune's West Golf and River Club. Reception to follow inside.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is formal.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony starts at 4:30. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to find your seat. Once the procession starts, any late arrivals will be asked to wait in the reception area.
Will food be served?
Yes! Dinner will be provided! Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Wine, beer, and cocktails will be provided along with non-alcoholic options.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, guests will make their way to the reception area where drinks and appetizers will be served during the cocktail hour. During this time, the wedding party will be taking pictures.
Coming from Dunes W Blvd, turn onto Wando Plantation Way. You will pass through a Security Gate. Tell the attendant you are here for the wedding.
Continue following Wando Plantation Way. You WILL NOT turn. This road dead ends at the venue. Some GPSs will take you to the incorrect location.
