What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Please arrive at the ceremony by 3:45pm to insure time for parking and seating!
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony is going to be outdoors. Although this will be a short ceremony, feel free to bring a coat if needed!
Our cocktail hour and reception will be indoors!
Will a shuttle be provided?
Yes! We will have a shuttle picking guests up at The Marriott at 3pm and 3:30pm before the ceremony and dropping guest back off after the reception. All 3 of the hotels listed on the "Travel" tab are just a few minute walk from each other, so anyone staying at the Candlewood Suites or the Doubletree will need to walk to the Marriott Lobby to get on the shuttle! Please don't be late!
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes, there will be plenty of parking and the venue will allow you to leave your vehicle overnight. We suggest taking advantage of our shuttles and/or Uber/Lyft after the reception is over.
Are children welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, this is an adult only event. The only children that will be present will be those in the ceremony.
