We both attended the University of South Carolina and graduated in 2022. But our story didn’t begin until the fall of 2023.

After college, meeting someone outside of work can be tough, so Cole and I both turned to dating apps for a little help. As fate would have it, we both had young alumni tickets and never missed a Carolina home game—so it was only fitting that we matched. Our first meeting was at our favorite place: a South Carolina tailgate. That day, Cole told a friend he had met his wife—though he wisely kept that from me.

We started dating shortly after that day, at the Carolina vs. Clemson game, and we've been inseparable ever since—even while navigating long distance.

For the first year of our relationship, Cole was living in Charlotte while I was still in Columbia. We made it work by taking turns visiting each other on weekends and prioritizing time together. In November, Cole made the move to Greenville, and I joined him this summer. It wasn’t always easy, but we both knew it was worth it.

Now, we’re so excited for the future and all the memories we’ll continue to create—rooted in love, commitment, and, of course, our shared love for the Gamecocks.
