We would love to have all of our guests dressed up with us!! The Dress code is business casual. We want you as comfortable as you can be, but also picture ready!

We have tried our best to make sure we included everyone's partner! So, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

We would appreciate everyone there by 3:00pm if possible. This allows time for parking, Guest book signing, and finding your seat. Our ceremony time is 3:30pm, so please arrive no later than 15 minutes before. So please plan accordingly :)

We are going to have a variety of things to do during the reception, and while we are taking our photos. We are going to have a DJ, cocktail hour, Open Bar, Cornhole, and a grass wall for pictures for our guests! :) We also will have some entertainment during reception!

Yes, we will have a variety of drinks. We will have alcoholic beverages, water, and soda! Everything will be in a can. We will not have glasses or shots to make clean up easier. We will have Dr Pepper, Sprite, Coke, bottled water, red and white wine, white claws, and beers. All beverages will be served by our licensed bartender!

Our main dish will be shredded Barbeque Pork With Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, slaw, baked beans, and rolls! We will also have Sourdough Cuppa Joe food truck there from 2:30pm-5:30pm. They will have coffee and custard. This is not included, so everyone will have to pay for what they want.

As much as we love all of your children, our venue is only allowed to accommodate so many guests. The only children who are attending is of immediate family and friends, and who are apart of the wedding, We kindly ask that you make this a date night! If babysitters are not an option, please let us know in advance, and we can try our best to accommodate you!

We are kindly asking our ceremony to be UNPLUGGED. We want our photographer to get the best pictures she can get for us without everyone blocking the isle, or cellphones being in the background. Please feel free to take photos as normal once the ceremony has concluded.

Our wedding colors are rose red, white, and gold! Feel free to match outfits, gifts, cards, etc with our colors!

Please RSVP by November 1st, so we can make sure to get the right head count for tables and food. If you do not RSVP, you may risk not being able to get a plate, as there will not be enough food.

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue!

Our ceremony is going to be outside. Reception will be inside. If it is raining, or it’s too cold, we will move ceremony inside.

Ceremony and reception will be open seats! We will have the first 2 rows reserved for immediate family at the ceremony, and the first couple of tables reserved at the reception for immediate family as well.
