Blue Hole Regional Park is a natural, spring-fed swimming hole lined with the towering iconic Cypress Trees
The park was acquired in 2001 by the City and features a walking trail along Cypress Creek connecting to Blue Hole Regional Park. At the time of the acquisition, a conservation easement was entered into between the City of Wimberley and the Wimberley Valley Watershed Association.

Jacobs Well is an artisan spring that releases thousands of gallons of water a day. It stays a constant temperature of 68 degrees and is the second largest fully submerged cave in Texas. Swimming is closed for the summer of 2023, but the hiking trails and viewing the spring are open all year!
