Day of Transportation
2: 56 passenger motor coaches
• One bus will be at each hotel at 3:00pm.
• Busses will leave each hotel by 3:45pm to arrive at venue by 4pm.
• If you decide to drive on your own, you need to arrive to the venue no later than 4:10pm.
Return to hotel:
• One bus will be on standby at the venue starting return trips at 8:00pm.
• Return busses will run every 30 minutes from venue to hotels.
• Last bus will leave at 11:00pm for guests.
