Transportation to the wedding will depart outside the front lobby of Embassy Suites Sarasota at 4:45pm sharp via The Siesta Trolley *Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure for loading* Trolley will be enclosed with air conditioning If you plan on driving yourself to the estate please drive responsibly and arrive by 5pm for the ceremony

Ceremony will take place on the estate lawn *Please keep this in mind for footwear *

Will take place under the back lawn pavilion Passed hors d'oeuvres and full bar available

Plated pre-determined menu followed with dancing under the stars for the remainder of the evening

Transportation departs from venue to Embassy Suites at three times: 9:00pm, 10:00pm and 11:00pm You can depart on any trolley at any time, there are plenty of seats for all guests at any time so no need to rush! If you drove yourself to the estate and wish the take the trolley back to Embassy please pick up your vehicle from the parking lot the next morning no later than 10am
