Once upon a time, two brave souls decided to put themselves out there on dating apps. With expectations set on friendship, Davis & Taylor connected quickly, talking & texting for hours on end about their love of music, books, and their fur babies. A fast connection formed that led Davis to ask Taylor to be his after a romantic, Leon Bridges concert in August of 2022. They dated long distance while Davis finished up his Bachelor’s in Chattanooga. After graduation they went on a magical European adventure (more on that later) over 14 days and decided, if they could travel together then why not live together? Davis lived with Taylor in Atlanta for a few short months before they decided to take a leap and move to Nashville to begin a new adventure together. After months of searching, they found their perfect patch of land to call home north of the city and started building their lives. There, they have built a safe haven they, and their four doggies, call home. It was in the kitchen of this very home that Davis cooked Taylor’s favorite dinner and asked her to spend forever by his side. He brought out a gorgeous, cast clay jewelry box made by his Grandpa Boo Boo’s God Mother back in the 20’s and her locket to pop the question. Davis decided it was best to let Taylor aid in finding her own ring, smart man that he is. She found a cocktail ring from the 60’s that called to her and fit perfectly. And so the next chapter of their love story is……

Happily Ever After started the moment they laid eyes on each other the first time but they are officially taking the leap into wedded bliss this Fall!
