WILL THE WEDDING BE OUTDOORS?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. The venue is arranged to allow guests to move comfortably between indoor and outdoor spaces during cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. In the event of inclement weather, guests will be directed to the indoor chapel.
WHAT IS THE WEDDING TIMELINE?
Please enter the venue from the left of the main doors via the outside patio. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM; please arrive between 3:20 PM and 3:45 PM and be seated by 4:00 PM.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE OR ADDITIONAL GUESTS?
Do to venue capacity, we are limited in space. Save the dates, formal invitations, and the RSVP section on our website will specify the guests included with each invitation.
ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
We respectfully request that children not attend unless explicitly invited on the formal invitation. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a child-free celebration.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Formal attire. We would love our guests looking their best — polished and dressy. Please see the Dress Code section for further details.
WILL THERE BE A CASH BAR?
Bar arrangements are currently being finalized. Please check back for updated details.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?
We have engaged a professional photographer to document the ceremony. We respectfully ask that guests remain seated and refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. You are welcome to take photos during the remainder of the celebration.
IS THERE PARKING ONSITE?
The venue provides private parking with ample space. Any vehicles that are left overnight, need to be removed by 10:00 AM on Saturday the 19th.
WILL THERE BE A SHUTTLE SERVICE?
Due to the number of local family and friends attending, shuttle service to the hotels will not be provided. We kindly ask that you plan ahead for a safe ride at the end of the evening, whether that’s arranging a pickup or designating a sober driver. If any unexpected needs arise, please connect with the bride or groom’s parents—we’re happy to help coordinate transportation.
We’re aiming for formal attire that’s a step down from black tie—think polished and dressy. For women: long to ankle-length dresses or dressy separates; dressy jumpsuits are also welcome. For men: suits or dress shirts and ties—tuxedos are not required. Pops of color are welcome. Please avoid jeans, khakis, shorts, athletic wear.
All rooms MUST be booked before Tuesday, Aug 4, 2026. After this date, the group room block is released to the general public and you will no longer have access to the special group rate. Reservation days are flexible based on your planned stay.
