It was a sunny afternoon in the middle of August in 2019 when Jarod responded to Taylor’s prompt on Hinge. The two texted for a few days before Taylor asked Jarod out to dinner (he was taking too long). Over sushi, they swapped stories and laughed a lot and maybe even fell in love a little bit.
