Heath and Taylor met at their beloved alma mater (GEAUX DAWGS!). It all started at a church turned frat house. I know, I know. Very romantic. Taylor didn’t really know how to feel about Heath when they first met. After all, she was a freshman and he was a senior. She thought “Why is this old guy hitting on me…plus he said my dress is pink and it's obviously magenta!” They still fight about the color of that dress. But alas, after he asked her on a movie date and brought her an ICEE while she was studying, she was sold.

Fast forward four years, a long distance period, and a new dog later and they’re living their best lives in New Orleans. Taylor is currently attending Tulane Law School. Heath is an engineer for AT&T and is earning his Masters. They love their shoe box sized apartment (most of the time) and experiencing their new city with one another and their fur babies.

Heath makes Taylor laugh like no other. It’s common for them to have dance parties in their kitchen and races in Walmart. Heath loves Taylor even though she pushes toothpaste from the middle of the tube instead of the end. And Taylor loves Heath even though he leaves little beard hairs and sunflower seed shells EVERYWHERE. They’re best friends. . .literally forever.
