Are the ceremony and the reception at the same place?
Yes! Both our ceremony and our reception will be at the following address:
West Market Conference Center
150 West Market Street, Suite 201
Indianapolis, IN 46204.
There is a parking lot next to the building that is $15 and there are many parking garages nearby.
The venue is also handicap-accessible.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
As much as we love the fall weather, it is unpredictable so our wedding is 100% indoors.
When does everything start?
The ceremony will start at 1:30 PM on October 26th, 2024 at the West Market Conference Center. Following the ceremony, there will be appetizers available while pictures are being taken with the wedding party, and then the reception will have dinner and dancing to end the night!
Are there places to stay nearby?
There are many places to stay - whether you want to stay in the heart of Indianapolis or if you want to stay in one of the surrounding cities there are lots of options.
Is there an RSVP Deadline
Yes. RSVP by September 15th so we can finalize details with our vendor. Please use the RSVP cards included in the invitations.
Can I bring a plus one or my children?
As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, there are space restrictions. Because of this, invitations and RSVP cards will be specific about who is invited to make sure that we can celebrate with as many of our loved ones as possible. We appreciate your understanding.
Will there be an open bar?
There will be a hybrid bar - which means every guest will be provided with drink tickets and after that they can pay for more drinks (or "borrow" drink tickets from guests that do not need them). There will also be soft drink options for those that do not drink or for younger guests.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
We will accommodate to the best of our ability. Please include any dietary restrictions or allergies on your RSVP card!
Is there a dress code?
The most important thing for us is that you are comfortable and able to show us your moves on the dance floor. If you would like something specific to go off, cocktail attire is a great option.

Yes! Our wedding hashtag is #CountdownToConrad. Feel free to share any photos from our wedding day to social media and make sure to send them to us too.
How can we give you a wedding gift?
If you would like to honor us with a gift, there are a few different options! Guests that are invited to the bridal shower can bring the gift there, the gift can be brought to our wedding as we will have an area for gifts and cards, or you can deliver them to our house at the following address: 1093 Cavendish Drive, Carmel IN, 46032.
Are guests allowed to take photos at the wedding?
We are choosing the have an unplugged ceremony so our guests can sit back and enjoy as our amazing photographers get the best possible shots without the interference of flashes or screens. After the ceremony, guests can take as many pictures as they would like! We will also have a photo spot which will be the perfect spot to take silly photos.
