We have a room block to accommodate anyone who needs to stay the night near the venue.
Please click on the "website" tab and it will take you to the hotel website to book the hotel room! Booking will automatically be for 3 days. Please change dates of stay if not staying for all 3 nights.
If you decide to call and book over the phone provide the hotel staff with the secret code "ESW" to get room at discounted rate.
You must book room before July 7th, 2024 to get discounted rate.

Shuttle Service
A shuttle will be provided to transport guests from the hotel back to the venue for cocktail hour. First shuttle will start at 4:00 p.m. The shuttle is only making two trips from hotel to venue for cocktail hour. Please do not wait until second shuttle to get on as there is limited seating.
Shuttling will start back up again at 9:00 p.m -11:45p.m. to get everyone back to hotel safely.
