We have chosen Finest Playa Mujeres, Mexico for our wedding. Below are the instructions for booking your reservation.

The booking window for making your reservation is April 11th 2025 to February 24th 2026. The travel dates you will be able to book are dates within the period of April 24th to May 1st 2026. We highly recommend booking as early as possible to get the room category you would like. Due to the popularity of this resort, rooms and dates can often book out well in advance.

There is no room block, all booking is live inventory. It is recommended that if you are considering attending, to book a reservation, and if circumstances change cancelling it with no penalties (as long as it is booked using the promo code.)

VERY IMPORTANT: When you book your room, you must use the promo code below in order to receive the fully refundable group rates and to be included in the group wedding events.

You will only be charged $1 to hold your reservation. Final payments are due 30 days prior to arrival. These refundable rates are fully refundable up to 24 hours before arrival to the resort.

Below you will find our booking steps. Please review them carefully:

1. Go to https://www.finestresorts.com/

2. Find the booking engine.

3. Select your Destination, Check-in and Check-out dates, Number of guests, and add the Promo Code.

4. Click “CHECK AVAILABILITY”

5. Make sure you get the message: “Promotional code applied”

6. In the comments box, please add the promo code.

7. Complete your booking, and that is all.

If booking online, make sure you are only being charged $1 as that it is the refundable rate.

Very Important additional information:

Please make sure any changes, additions, cancellations are made before the group promo code expires which is February 24th, 2026. Any changes after this date will result in your room cancellation and you will have to book at the present online rates which could and most likely will be higher priced.

Additionally final payments are taken automatically in around 31-29 days out of departure. If your card declines the full payment due to security or other card issues your reservation will be sent to you with a 24 hour notice to pay in full otherwise your reservation is automatically cancelled. If you are concerned at all about your final payment going through, please call in before 30 days out of departure and make your final payment with the reservation staff.

Your reservation includes complimentary round trip ground transportation - airport to resort and back – per room (guests must arrival and depart at the same time within this room and be booked 3 or more nights to receive the complimentary airport transfers). Your reservation receipt will be automatically emailed to you from the resort. There will be a link where you can input your flight information when you have it. If you do not receive an automatic reservation receipt, please contact the resort for assistance right away as you may not be booked.

Please make sure that your passport is valid for a minimum of 6 months from your arrival date to destination.
