When and where is the wedding?
We are getting married at Graystone Valley in Walnut Shade, Missouri. The ceremony and reception will be held at this location. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM, followed by cocktail hour and a reception ending at 11:00 PM.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Please plan to arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.
Are Kids Welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults only celebration. We hope you understand and can enjoy a fun date night!
Can I Bring a Plus One?
Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.
Is there a dress code?
We would love for our guests to dress up and celebrate with us on our big day! The attire is semi-formal- please avoid wearing jeans, sneakers, and the color white/ivory. Our ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting), with an indoor reception following.
Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that all phones and devices be silenced and put away during our ceremony. We have a professional photographer and videographer to capture this special moment, and we will be happy to share photos and videos with you once we receive them. After the ceremony has ended, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like during the celebration!
Is Parking Available?
Yes, guests may park in the gravel lot conveniently located near the venue. Please keep in mind that vehicles cannot be left at the venue overnight as the gates will be locked immediately following the reception and remain closed until the following Monday. We kindly ask that you please plan transportation accordingly.
When do I need to RSVP by?
To help us stay on track with our planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by March 15th. If we do not receive your response by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend and will mark you as "not able to come". As we need to provide an accurate guest count to our venue and vendors in advance, we will not be able to accommodate late RSVPs. Thank you for your understanding. We truly hope you'll be there to celebrate with us, so please submit your RSVP on time!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes there will be an open bar, so get ready to celebrate! Please enjoy responsibly and make arrangements to get home safely and make note that vehicles cannot be left overnight at the venue.
