As many of you know, Easton is a Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) Aluma and Taylor was in Alpha Sigma Alpha (ASA) at Indiana State University. The bride and her friends frequently went to SAE on the weekdays and weekends making friends with many of the guys there including the house dad. One spring evening 2019, Easton was walking through one of the pods going to his room when he caught Taylor's eye unfortunately, they both had significant others at the time, so the time just wasn't right for them...yet. That summer both became single.

SAE threw a "Wild West" party. Our first ever photo taken together! Little did we know there would be many more photos taken.

Our first date alone to Applebee's.
March 20, 2020
The sad day that all students were to move home due to COVID-19 - at this point we were not dating. Eight days later we were facetiming and officially started dating. We did not really know if we would ever even be able to see each other again and what the future held but was just taking a chance.
April 27, 2020
After a month of dating and over a month and a half not seeing one another the coast was clearish and small gatherings were allowed to take place.

School was back in session with mask wearing and social distancing. Easton lived in an apartment and I was in my sorority house in Terre Haute (of course I was always at his place though). Easton would graduate that December and was applying to physical therapy programs in Indiana and Tennessee (say what?! why would he even do that Taylor literally thought - it's too far away).

Celebrated Easton getting into Lincoln Memorial University Doctor of Physical Therapy Program in Knoxville, TN. This was such an exciting day that later led to a sadder reality of living apart yet again in our relationship.

The day finally came that Easton had to move to Knoxville to start PT school on May 18. We were so excited for this new adventure for Easton, but we also knew that it was going to be hard on our relationship - obviously we wanted to make it work. Many many tears were shed that day and for the next year, but it was all going to be worth it one day.

Long distance zoom and study date! Trying many different ways to put our relationship at the forefront even though we were 7 hours apart and deep into school.
December 20, 2021
After a tough fall semester, Easton "moved" in with me over his winter break. Our relationship grew very strong in this month and he gifted me a promise ring. This was one of the more real moments that Knoxville was going to be our new "home" after I graduated in May 2022.

Easton got his white coat to become a doctor. This was also the last time Taylor went down to visit Easton in Knoxville before moving there herself.
May 07, 2022
Taylor officially graduated college! Which also meant leaving family, friends, and everything she knew behind to be with Easton in Knoxville.

The moment Taylor thought Easton would be getting down on one knee because we got up at 2am to hike Mount LeConte which was 11 miles in the dark. Surprise the ring did not come in yet and he was just keeping her on her toes for when he would actually propose.

On this bright lovely morning we flew to Boston for Easton's conference. We went to lunch at State Street Provisions and then toured Boston's Museum of Fine Arts. We then took the Metro to Carlton's Wharf where Easton got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife! Look at that skyline, it's so beautiful!
