- All 1 night stays will be charged standard rate published rate from hotel website of $179 + tax or the Hilton Honors rate of $168 + tax (Hilton Honors members only rate).
- The last day to book from the block is May 23, 2025.

- Transportation from the wedding venue back to this hotel will be provided to guests, courtesy of the newlyweds
- Check-in 3 pm, Check-out 12 pm
Complimentary Post-Dance Transportation
- Guests may use the bus shuttle to the Hampton Inn & Suites in Menomonie.
- The bus will run from 10:30 PM until all guests who wish to use the service have been transported to the hotel. The dance will conclude at 11 PM.
- Guests may leave a vehicle at the venue but should plan to retrieve it the following morning.
