To the church we don't mind if children are present, however for the reception as much as we love your little ones, our reception will be adults-only. We want everyone to relax and enjoy the evening. Make this an amazing night out!

The average temperature in Bethlehem in May for a typical day ranges from a high of 72°F to a low of 50°F.

There is parking for St. Thomas More Church in the parking lot behind the church (handicap parking is available at all entrances of the church); there is no charge. There is a parking garage in Bethlehem including the North Street garage (75 W North St, Bethlehem) with a rate of $10 a day or $1 an hour. The Spring Street parking lot is located by Moravian College (where Musikfest is held) has a free shuttle for guests to/from Hotel Bethlehem (there is no charge for this lot for wedding guests). There is not a specific address, however place into Google maps and it will take you directly to the lot. We suggest you utilize this shuttle if not staying at the Hyatt or Hotel Bethlehem for the night.

We will not be providing a shuttle to hotels, as they are all within walking distance or a short Uber or Lyft ride away from Hotel B!

Black tie optional. Simply said: you can choose to wear your most formal attire (i.e. evening gown or tux), but you may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead. Please no white in respect for the bride.

We are opting for an unplugged wedding ceremony. We request that you put away and turn off all devices for the duration of the ceremony. We hired amazing photographers to capture the special moments of the day. Once the ceremony is over feel free to get those devices back out (especially for the reception, we can't wait to see what you capture).

Yes; St. Thomas More has 2 ramped entrances with handicap parking as well as Hotel Bethlehem where the staff can assist you to the elevator to both the Cocktail Hour and Reception.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2 PM to stay on the timeline for the day; so we are asking guests to get to the church by at least 1:30 PM to be respectful of all parties.
