If your guests name is listed on your invitation when you RSVP, than yes! Otherwise we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family!

While we love all your children, this will be an adults only event. The only exceptions are the children in our wedding party and immediate family! We hope you take this opportunity as a "date night" for yourself!

We are requesting cocktail attire - we would love to see everyone get dressed up for our special day! Please refrain from jeans, casual t-shirts & tank tops. Some ideas for cocktail attire would be; Ladies - dresses (maxi, mini, mid, bodycon), pantsuits, jumpsuits etc. Gentlemen - khakis (pants or shorts), dress pants, collared shirts, short sleeve button downs etc.

We kindly ask that you avoid colours that are traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories & creams. Please refrain from wearing the colour light blue as we will leave that for our wedding party.

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. Our amazing photographer will be there to capture our special moment and we would love all of our guests to be present and in the moment.

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) if the weather decides not to cooperate, the ceremony will be indoors, please dress accordingly if the ceremony is outdoors. Cocktail hour & reception will be indoors.

Of course! There will be a toonie bar, you will be able to purchase tickets, please bring cash if you plan on drinking!

Yes, there is a designated parking lot. If you plan on drinking, please have a safe ride home. Uber is available to this location. We have a shuttle bus starting at 9:30pm every 1 hour going from the venue to the Days Inn in Cochrane.

There are 3 hotels in Cochrane with a set number of rooms blocked off for a discounted rate: Days Inn: 15 rooms - for the discounted rate please book before May 22 2024. Super 8: 10 rooms - for the discounted rate please book before April 21 2024. The Ramada: 15 rooms - for a discounted rate please book before May 21 2024 to book. Please call in to book your room at each of these hotels & use Fewster/Hall wedding for the group rate. Additional options include Airbnb and a campground called Bow RiversEdge. Gifts are certainly not necessary, however If you would like to gift us something, a contribution to our honeymoon, or gift cards to help us furnish our new home would go a long way!
