We met in first grade at St. Kieran's Catholic School and attended the same school until 8th grade.

Junior Year Prom - We went to different high schools, but we stayed friends. By the end of high school, we became best friends and did everything together, like going to prom. I kept saying we were just friends, but Josh really wanted us to go on a date.

Senior Year Prom- Just 5 months before I was going to college, I realized I had feelings for Josh beyond friendship and agreed to go on a date with him.

Definitely more than friends... officially official!!

I packed my bags and headed off to college in Davis in the fall of 2017. Josh and I decided to give long-distance dating a shot. Despite the miles between us, we remained inseparable!

We had lots of fun weekend getaways to help pass the time.

One silver lining of Covid was that it brought an end to our long-distance relationship!

We've already embarked on numerous new adventures together, from running Christmas tree farms to navigating nursing school and even working together to serve up smoothies! We enjoy embarking on adventures, seeking out new experiences, and ensure to consistently demonstrate love and support for each other throughout it all.

The day I thought he was going to ask.

The day he finally did!! He surprised me at the Hotel Del on the beach with roses arranged in the sand, while our families waited in the background. It was my favorite place with my favorite people! He did good :)
