WHEN DO I HAVE TO RSVP BY?

Please RSVP by May 15th, 2025. Earlier the better!

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION?

Shuttle Information: ALBERTA NORTH TRANSPORTATION DEPARTURE TIMES TO THE VENUE: Pick up @ Travelodge Lacombe: 3:00 PM - 3:05 PM Pick up @ Ponoka Ramada: 3:25 PM - 3:30 PM RETURN TIMES BACK TO THE HOTELS FROM THE VENUE: 10:30 PM 11:30 PM 12:30 PM

WHAT IS THE BAR SITUATION?

We unfortunately cannot have an open bar. The drinks will be $2.00 EACH. Please bring cash with you as cards are not accepted! There is NO ATM on site.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We ask that you please arrive by 3:45 the latest. This will give you time to find parking and seating. The grounds will be accessible at 3:30pm and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! The dress code is semi-formal.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Due to limited space at the venue, we can only accommodate children that are formally invited on your wedding invitation.

CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?

Unfortunately, our venue does have a max capacity. If you received a plus one, your guests name will be noted on the invite. Thank you for understanding!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Before the ceremony begins, you are welcome to take as many pictures as you desire however, we are having an unplugged ceremony. We have found a wonderful photographer to capture the entire day for us! We please ask that you keep your phone away during the ceremony, speeches, first dance and etc.

ARE THERE HOTELS NEAR BY?

We have reserved a block of rooms at two different hotels nearby. You can find all the contact information for these hotels on the travel tab.

IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The ceremony is being held outdoors, and the reception is being held indoors. If the weather decides to not cooperate, we will be moving the ceremony to an indoor area.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

There is parking area as soon as you arrive at the venue. You can keep your vehicle there overnight however, all vehicles must be picked up by 9AM the next morning.

WHAT WILL BE SERVED FOR DINNER?

We will be having a buffet style dinner with a wide range of selections. If you have any allergies or require any special dietary accommodations, please make sure to note it when you RSVP! We will make sure to pass this information along to our caterer so they can accommodate everyone!

Do you have a wedding registry?

We're thrilled that you're coming to celebrate with us—and your presence is present enough! But if you'd like to help us spruce up our place, we are registered at Crate and Barrel and Amazon!
