We’ll be snapping a big group photo out front of the hall when we arrive. So if you want in, make sure you’re there by 5:45 PM! Our MC will give everyone a heads-up so you can gather outside in time. The bar opens at 5:30 pm, so please grab a drink, mingle, and get ready to celebrate!

The celebration will take place at one of Canmore’s historic landmarks, the Union Miners Hall, located in the heart of Canmore at 738 7 St.

To keep our day personal and meaningful, all attendees invited will be listed on the RSVP. We kindly ask no additional guests attend.

We kindly ask you leave your little ones at home. This is an adults only celebration, we appreciate you planning accordingly.

A buffet dinner will be served featuring Italian style dishes. We’ve opted for a more relaxed dining experience rather than a formal plated service. Gluten-free options will be available

Please wear something semi-formal and FUN. No ball gowns or tuxes required. Cocktail chic? Yes. Wild dance moves? Definitely. If you can’t do the worm in your shoes, bring a backup pair.

The hall offers a paid parking lot which is $3 per hour from 8am - 8pm. We want everyone to have the best time and to get home safely. If you plan to drink, please arrange a safe ride. Let’s keep the celebration joyful from start to finish.
