COVID-19 Updates

Things The Venue Is Doing

Listed below are the following actions Dove Ridge Vineyards has taken in response to COVID-19:*Cleaning crew sanitizes after each wedding and prior to each wedding they wipe down all chairs, tables, and door handles with Quat cleaners that stay on the surface until they are worn off.*Staff goes through the venue hourly during the event to wipe down all door handles, bathroom faucets, and highly touched areas.*Added rows to the ceremony space to allow for households to spread out more.*Add extra tables to allow for households to spread out more.*Hand Sanitizer to use upon arrival and throughout the event.*All vendors must go through and pass a COVID-19 checklist before arrival at the venue and are required to wear gloves and masks the entire evening.*All guests are strongly recommended to wear masks.If you have any further concerns please feel free to call the venue at (817) 444-8172 or (817) 829-9674.

Further Provisions We Plan To Do

In addition to the actions that the venue has put into place we have decided to add a few requests and provisions:*The venue recommends guests wear masks but we request that all guests wear masks whenever they are not eating or drinking.*We request that you please take your temperature prior to arriving at the event to ensure that you don't have a fever.*If you do not have a clean or available mask we plan to have plenty clean new masks for you to use.*We plan to provide additional hand sanitizer for you&nbsp;beyond what the venue already&nbsp;provides.At this time we plan on moving forward with our date but if this changes we will be sure to reach out to you immediately.

If you need to travel for our wedding we recommend you fly into DFW Airport as it is the closest airport to Fort Worth and our venue!

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

If you booked a room under the previous block (for our original date) then the hotel has gone ahead and cancelled your reservation. However, you will still need to re-book and use our Block Code or call and provide our names to book for our updated wedding date. Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this time!
