Our Wedding

<p style="text-align: left;">Our story began at Cedarville University in Ohio. We were both in our first semester of college and meeting many new people. We met a few months into school thanks to Sean’s roomate Jonah inviting him to hang with all of our friends. On the way back from a group outing everyone was playing what are the odds. Sean and I were in the backseat with our friend Kiley who made us do what are the odds that we would lady and the tramp a french fry. The odds were definitely in our favor that night because we ended up saying the same number! All of our friends like to joke that that moment is what brought Sean and I together. After, we went from barely knowing each other to always talking and smiling around each other. We talked a lot over Christmas break that year and when we got back from break feelings were definitely there. We finally went on our first date right before my birthday in February. We went to Olive Garden and then bowling with friends afterwards. That same weekend, we watched the Eagles win the Super Bowl! we still like to say our relationship beginning is the reason the Eagles won. We made the relationship official on Valentine’s Day that year and celebrated by going ice skating.  After two and a half years of dating, on August 7th, 2020 we got engaged! Sean did the impossible and surprised Taylor by driving all the way from New Jersey to Lakeside, Ohio where Taylor worked for the summer to propose. Sean got Taylor’s friends to come for the weekend to make her think it was a girls weekend. All the girls were walking on the lakefront to a fountain where we wanted to take some pictures. As we got closer to the fountain we noticed a guy dressed up with a cute table and flowers set up. Taylor didn’t realize who it was, instead she just said “awe looks like he’s waiting for a date, she’s a lucky girl”. But when we got closer the guy turned around, and that guy was Sean all dressed up and smiling and wearing Taylor’s favorite tie. Taylor ran to Sean and the bells at the nearby dock started ringing. Taylor was so surprised and happy to see Sean she still didn’t know what was happening. Taylor wouldn’t let go but Sean said he had to do something so she let go. Sean proposed with a cute and comical heartfelt speech, got down on one knee (only for a second because I said yes too fast) and asked Taylor to marry him. We both couldn’t stop smiling, and our friends were all watching nearby cheering for us. It was definitely the most magical day ever.  <br /></p>
