WHERE DO I STAY?

We are encouraging our guests to consider staying at the Tenuta di Artimino, the site of our wedding, for the three nights of festivities! The villa is located about 30 minutes from the Florence airport and 40 minutes from the city center. If you are staying at the villa, renting a car is a great option and there is free parking on site. Florence does use Uber so you can call one to the villa or if you are coming from the airport, there will be taxis available.

WHEN DO I CHECK-IN AND -OUT?

Check-in starts at 3pm on May 1st.. Check-out is 11 am on May 4th.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?

The weather in Tuscany in May is warm and temperatures are generally very comfortable. It's the beginning of the summer season with an average high temperature of 25°C (77°F) with the majority of days being sunny.

Once the sun sets it can get a little chilly if the wind picks up, so please bear this in mind with your fabulous outfit choices.

Dinner is planned to be outside, however there is a back up plan in the unlikely chance of rain (please manifest the sunshine with us!)

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

If your guest's name is listed on your invite and your RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as intimate as possible with close friends and family. Please reach out to the bride or groom if you have any questions about your guest!

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Let us know if you can make it by December 1, 2024.

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

As much as we love your little ones, please be aware that the wedding day will be an adults-only event.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Yes! We are asking our guests to dress up with us! Black tie formal wear is requested for the wedding day. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit, a tuxedo is welcome but not required. For women, floor length gowns or midi length dresses. Please no jeans or sneakers! We also ask that guests avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride - cream, ivory, or white. Please keep in mind, the event will be mostly outdoor. The weather in Florence should be warm and sunny but in the case of rain, the reception will be moved inside the villa.
