Getting Here by Plane
There are a couple of travel itineraries we have used when coming to Bend from Dallas in the past:
Fly into Bend/Redmond Airport (RDM) - 25 minutes from Bend. Connecting flights go through Portland or Seattle. For whatever reason, nonstop flights from Dallas are not shown until 3-4 weeks out.
Fly into Portland (PDX) and rent a car - 3 hours from Bend. We avoid this itinerary when we can, but because RDM is a small airport, sometimes these flights and prices are more desirable.
