Q + A

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

The dress code is semi-formal. Please wear something you feel best in but we ask that you please be respectful of the catholic church with your attire choice - please no cut-out dresses, white dresses, or jeans. It is appropriate for men to wear dress pants, a sport coat and tie, For women, please no strapless dresses (if so, please cover your shoulders for the mass).

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

As much as we love all of your kids and would love to accommodate them, this will be an adults only wedding. We appreciate your understanding - enjoy your night off!

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Due to capacity limitations at our venue, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If your invitation is addressed with “and Guest” or one appears when you RSVP, then yes! If not, we have only reserved one seat in your name.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

The ceremony will begin at exactly 2PM - please do your best to arrive on time. It is recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to mingle and get to your seats before the ceremony begins. We will have beautiful music prior to the ceremony that you will not want to miss! If you arrive late, please quietly find your seat.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

As much as we'd love for you all to snag those candid photos of us, we ask that you please do not take any photos during the ceremony. We want to see all your smiling faces in our photos and not your phones :)

HOW MUCH TIME IS BETWEEN THE WEDDING CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

Approximately 1.5 hours! The ceremony at St Catherine of Siena Catholic Church will begin at 2pm and last until about 3pm. The cocktail hour/reception at Normandy Farms - The Silos will begin at 4:30pm.

HOW DO I GET TO THE WEDDING VENUE? WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Unfortunately, we will not be providing transportation to and from the church and venue. There is plenty of parking at both St. Catherine's and Normandy Farms. Please plan your travel accordingly and feel free to carpool :) If you are staying at the hotel you will only need to coordinate transportation to and from the church.

WHAT SHOULD I DO BETWEEN THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION?

This is a great time to head over to Normandy Farms to get checked in to the hotel (if you are staying) and freshen up. If you will not be staying in the hotel, you are more than welcome to explore Normandy Farms - there are plenty of common spaces and bars to pass the time. The bride & groom and wedding party will be taking photos during this time.

WILL THE COCKTAIL HOUR AND/OR RECEPTION TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The cocktail hour will take place indoors and outdoors (weather permitting). Please feel free to mingle between both spaces and enjoy the scenery and music! The reception will take place indoors only.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

100%! There will be an open bar at the start of cocktail hour and throughout the reception. However, if you'd like to get a head start, you are more than welcome to hit up the bar within Normandy Farms while you wait for the party to get started! **please do not forget about our lovely bartenders - they will be working very hard for us!

IS THERE A HOTEL ROOM BLOCK?

Absolutely! We were given a 20-room block at Normandy Farms to start. After those 20 rooms are filled, it's on a first come first serve basis. The standard room rate for our wedding night is $199/night. We would recommend booking your room(s) as soon as you can :)

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO RSVP?

Please RSVP using the "RSVP" link at the top of our website. We do not want to run the risk of missing your RSVP through text/email.
