Nick and Taylor originally met while working together at Chick-Fil-A. They continued to run into each other on campus. After a few weeks of intermittent run-ins, Nick asked Taylor to breakfast. Taylor knew Nick was special from the first date! After a few weeks, they began dating while finishing their last year at K-State. They have many special memories in Manhattan, Ks, from Tuesday date nights, meeting each other's friends and families, and graduating college.

After graduation, Nick accepted a new job in Wichita, Ks and Taylor began graduate school at Wichita State University.

Taylor and Nick got engaged on June 15, 2024, in their new favorite spot: College Hill Park. They are both enjoying the engagement season while looking forward to their marriage.
